Each workflow links to its library page (summary, ATWL text, diagram). Features present = number of the 25 features the workflow has.

Workflow × feature matrix

Rows are workflows, columns are features; a coloured cell means the feature is present. Click a row label to select workflows (used in Analysis); click a column header to sort by that feature.

Analysis

Feature associations describe how the features go together across the whole library. The other views work with a selection of workflows: select workflows on the overview map (click or drag a rectangle) or in the similarity tree, read their profiles and evidence, and compare them with the rest. The settings below apply to all views; the buttons for the views are in the bar at the top of the page.
