Check of structure.csv against the official package atwl_tools (ATWL Workflow Lens, state of 2 October 2026)

Command (run in lens/atwl_tools/):
  python scripts/longer_patterns.py <folder with the 15 .atwl files of this page>
Output line for the 15 versions:
  closed cycles (up to 6 steps): workflows with any: 15 | through gk, visualise and abstract: 12 | without a cycle: []
For the 54 library workflows the same script gives (as in the paper):
  639 paths with 3 edges, 1438 with 4 edges; closed cycles in 51 workflows, 39 through gk, visualise and abstract.

Per version (graph.intent_graph, transitions between different intents after contracting consecutive transforms of the same intent,
cycles.closed_cycles with at most 6 steps): identical to data/structure.csv for all 15 versions in
  closed cycle, cycle through gk, visualise and abstract, and number of distinct transitions.
Jaccard similarity of the transition sets (mean of five papers): library-Sonnet 0.438, library-Terra 0.436, Sonnet-Terra 0.588.
