Designed workflows

Every designed-workflow artifact, organised by condition and by task/model. atwl opens a syntax-highlighted, phase-navigable rendering of the formal representation; pdf opens the original prose transcript (for C2/C3, this includes the model's prose explanation alongside its ATWL, i.e. the same content shown separately for the ATWL view). C5 has no separate workflow file — its structure is identical to C3 by design — so its cell links to the method-level enrichment table instead. Citation lists (which library workflows each C3/C4 recommendation drew on, and how) are linked per pair below their row.
